📦 Order Preparation & Processing
At MaillotDeFootMDF, every order is carefully prepared before shipping. Here's how it works:
- ✅ Preparation time: Maximum 7 business days after your order is confirmed
- 📸 Photo proof: You receive a photo of your jersey by email before shipping
- 📬 Tracking number: Automatically sent by email upon shipment
Please note that the tracking number may take a few days to become active on the tracking platform — this is normal, it usually activates mid-journey.
🕒 Delivery Times
Once your package has shipped, please allow:
- 🇫🇷 France: 7 to 10 days after shipment
- 🇧🇪🇨🇭🇱🇺 Belgium / Switzerland / Luxembourg: 7 to 12 days after shipment
- 🌍 Rest of Europe: 10 to 17 days after shipment
In total, allow between 14 and 17 days from your order to delivery in the vast majority of cases.
🎁 Mystery Box
Orders containing only a Mystery Box are delivered in 2 to 5 days via Mondial Relay.
⚠️ Possible causes of delay
- High volume of orders during holiday periods or sporting events
- Strikes or disruptions at the carrier (outside our control)
- Customs clearance: in very rare cases, can extend delivery up to 30 days at no additional cost to you
