1. Seller Identification

The website www.maillotdefootmdf.com is operated by MDF Maillot (hereinafter "the Seller").

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all sales concluded between the Seller and any buyer (hereinafter "the Customer") via the website.

2. Nature of Products – Our Honesty is Our Strength

Unlike many sites that sell the same products without ever explaining it, at MDF we tell you exactly what we sell: Fan and player version jerseys, the same cut, the same fabric, the same colors as the jerseys worn in the stands, but without the official club license.

The result? You pay for the jersey, not the brand.

  • Same visual quality as in store
  • Flocking identical to official versions
  • 3 to 4 times cheaper price
  • Photo proof before each shipment

The names, logos, and visual identities of the football clubs and federations mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners. MDF Maillot is not affiliated with any official club, federation, or equipment supplier.

The essential characteristics of each product are described on its corresponding product sheet. The Seller undertakes to present the products with the greatest possible accuracy.

3. Price

Prices are indicated in euros (€) all taxes included (TTC). The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is that in effect at the time of order validation.

Any shipping costs are indicated separately before the final validation of the order.

4. Order

The Customer places an order directly on the site. The order is considered final after:

  • confirmation of product, size, and option choices,
  • acceptance of these GTC,
  • effective payment of the order.

A confirmation email is sent to the Customer after validation. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order in case of supply problems or obvious pricing errors, with a full refund to the Customer.

5. Payment

Payment is made online, at the time of order, via the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, Maestro, iDEAL Wero, Union Pay.

All transactions are secure. The Seller does not store any banking data.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped within 7 business days from payment validation. Photo proof of the order is sent by email before shipment.

Delivery is available in over 40 countries. A tracking number is communicated to the Customer upon shipment.

The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or external events (strike, bad weather, etc.).

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal for non-personalized items.

Flocked items (name, number) or custom-ordered items are expressly excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code and equivalent European texts.

8. Responsibility

The Seller cannot be held responsible for:

  • damages resulting from improper use or maintenance not in accordance with recommendations (especially machine washing),
  • entry errors made by the Customer during the order (size, flocking, address),
  • delays or losses attributable to postal services or carriers.

9. Personal Data Protection

The data collected during the order (name, address, email) are used only for order processing and customer relationship purposes. They are never sold to third parties.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by contacting: contact@maillotdefootmdf.com

10. Applicable Law and Disputes

These GTC are subject to Belgian law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought primarily. Failing that, the Commercial Court of Brussels will have sole jurisdiction.
